Every month, on sunday, we will go hiking in the Calanques and in the Bouches-du-Rhone area in order to discover the treasures of our natural and cultural patrimony.

A professional guide will talk about different themes along the hikes.

Schedule and meeting points; at 9h00 am from the starting point of the hike. A technical notice will be given to you a week before.

Level: Approximately a 5 hours walk. Good walking rhythm which doesn't bother to have a look around at what surrounds us!

Personal equipment:

- Backpack, hiking shoes, jackets (rain, wind) and/or a sweater, picnic and snacks (dried fruits, cookies and energy bars), and sunscreen (sunglasses, cream, hat).

Take at least 1.5 liters of water. A warm beverage is always enjoyable in winter! 

Encadrement : by a moutain accompanist with state certificate.
