The team Active Road just come back from a "team building and personal development" seminary in Verdon's Gorges.

This incentive aim at bringing most of Super U Beaulieu sur mer store's employes together. The stake matched up with the height of the rock face in this region : "A new store is openning in few month, team members need to call up and become real managers..."

In order to match activities with objectives (rigourous and energic rules), a "road book" as been set up by Active Road. Participants had to play their role as manager by take part of the activity organization.

This 2 days programme : Abseiling raid, climbing, speleology, tyrolienne, discovery of natural and cultural patrimony of the gorges, night in authentic Yourtes and tipies.

Working in synergy with Active Road team, the quality of this ncentive wouldn't be teh same without the intervention of Raymond Hass (empathy formation). Raymond HAAS has created Empathie en 1998 to share his vision of human relation with his clients. The objective is to lead people to live better in any dimension of a Company : economic, social and human.
