Company workshop "challenge and cohesion "

A challenge for companies, open to all, sportsmen or not.

During this challenging seminar, participants who are the least athletic can have more intellectual missions. They are responsible for choosing a suitable strategy to make their group progress.

An alternation of team activities: During these journeys planned as "mini treks", different teams participate in sports workshops which combine cleverness and meditation.

For an effective organization, Active Road sets up a "Road Book" (maps + instructions) which is given to each team before the trek.

• The various workshops:

  • Orientation workshops: Searching tags, calculating the azimuth of a key point with a compass.
    
  • Adventure workshops: Hiking, tyrolean, rock climbing, kayaking, mountain biking, sailing.
    
  • Skill workshop: The making of marine or rock climbing knots. Observation, logic and team spirit will be put to the test.
    
  • Cultural workshop: Answering questions or  enigmas relating to the place where the workshop is happening.
